About this product
Our signature wildflower honey is harvested from hives nestled along the forest edge, where bees forage on a diverse mix of native wildflowers, clover, and fruit tree blossoms. Each jar captures the complex, floral character of our regenerative landscape. **Raw & unfiltered** means this honey retains all natural pollen, enzymes, and beneficial properties. We never heat-treat or ultra-filter—just pure honey straight from the comb to your jar. ## How to Enjoy **In the Kitchen** - Stir into tea, coffee, or warm milk as a natural sweetener - Drizzle over yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, or fresh fruit - Use as a glaze for roasted carrots, Brussels sprouts, or ham - Substitute for sugar in baking—use ¾ cup honey per 1 cup sugar and reduce liquid by ¼ cup. Honey is a natural humectant, keeping baked goods like cakes, breads, and scones moist and fresh far longer than sugar - Whisk into salad dressings and vinaigrettes for balanced sweetness - Pair with artisan cheeses, nuts, and fruit on a charcuterie board - Brush on warm toast or biscuits with butter **Health & Wellness** - Soothe a sore throat—a spoonful of raw honey coats and calms - Natural source of antioxidants, enzymes, and trace minerals - Supports digestion with natural prebiotics - Contains natural antimicrobial and antibacterial properties - A teaspoon before bed may support restful sleep **Pro tip:** Never heat raw honey above 110°F to preserve its beneficial enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants. Crystallization is natural—place the jar in warm water to return it to liquid.
From Our Georgia Wildflower Meadows
Every jar we make starts as wildflower honey, gathered from our own hives right here in Middle Georgia. Because we're a small working farm, our bees never travel far for forage — they enjoy onsite access to garden flowers, vegetable blossoms, and our fruit trees, alongside the season's wild blooms across our land.
Throughout the year, that forage shifts with the seasons — tulip poplar and blackberry in spring, clover and sourwood in early summer, goldenrod as fall approaches — giving each harvest its own subtle character. And if you've tried our whipped or hot honey, it all begins with this same wildflower harvest.
