About bonus credit
Certain tiers include promotional bonus credit in addition to the amount you pay — for example, the $300 tier issues $315 in credit ($300 purchased + $15 bonus). The exact credit you receive is always shown before you buy. Bonus credit is a purchasing benefit for eligible farm products: it is not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and carries no financial return.

What this program is. The Jacobs Haven Farm Credit Membership is a prepaid purchasing and loyalty program. When you purchase a membership, the amount you pay (plus any promotional bonus credit shown before purchase) is issued as farm credit for eligible Jacobs Haven farm products and experiences.
What this program is not. Membership is not an investment, savings account, deposit account, loan, security, donation, or interest-bearing financial product. Members do not receive interest, dividends, profit sharing, or any financial return, and no agricultural yields or outcomes are guaranteed.
Redemption and eligibility. Farm credit may be applied only to eligible products, as flagged on the product page and at checkout. Shipping fees, taxes, excluded products, and the purchase of additional membership credit are not payable with farm credit. Credit is not redeemable for cash, except where the law requires a refund, and may not be transferred between customers.
No expiration or inactivity fees. Purchased farm credit does not expire and carries no inactivity fees, except as required by applicable law.
Cancellations, refunds, and unavailability.Membership purchases may be canceled and refunded in full before any credit has been redeemed. Once credit has been redeemed, refunds follow the shop's standard order policies. If the farm cannot fulfill a preorder or product becomes unavailable, we will offer cancellation, substitution, refund, or credit restoration as described on the product page. Customer credit is never automatically forfeited when an order cannot be fulfilled.
Estimated availability. Seasonal availability dates are estimates that depend on production, harvest conditions, inventory, and fulfillment capacity, unless explicitly confirmed otherwise.
Payments and privacy. All payments are processed by a reputable payment provider; raw card information is never stored by Jacobs Haven. Personal information is protected and access to member records is restricted. Your acceptance of these terms, and the version accepted, is recorded with your membership.
